- I function much like a sports trainer, says Bruce Bell. Most people are are lazy and rather take a pill to get rid of their problem. My system is a program that you start and preferably continue the rest of your life. At least you should follow the program for 6- 8 months.
- Many gets disappointed after they are hypnotized the first time. They think they will learn things in a sleeping condition, but the patient is awake all the time. You simply feel relaxed.
During diet hypnosis, that lasts for about 30 minutes, Bruce Bell tells you about the techniques and methods to use to loose weight.
- If you do my exercises 3-4 minutes three times per day you will reach your goal. It is important to be motivated. For this reason I never take a patient that is not convinced he/she want to change their behavior. It is important that all changes start within yourself.
The 4 parts of self hypnosis
1. Eat less. If you go to a restaurant, you can ask for half a portion. This way you both eat less and feel fantastic because you live the right way.
2. Do not forbid yourself from something you like, that way you only want it more. It's better to eat half a chocolate bar or split an ice cream with somebody than to eat it all your self.
3. Start exercising. It do not matter much what exercise you choose. Just make sure you do something that makes you feel you succeed. Do not take on more than you can handle in the beginning.
4. Self hypnosis. You have now changed your behavior so that you live a healthier life. Practice to think positive thoughts several times per day.
Change your behavior in the subconscious
